Hillary Machinery This company had about $801,000 drained from their account over a few days.  The bank recovered about $600,000, but then the suits and counter-suits started about whether authentication measures used by PlainsCapital for wire transfer transactions were inadequate, outdated and not "commercially reasonable.".  A private settlement was announced (100525).
